Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was a small job. But these guys treated it like a full move. They packed, labeled, and stacked everything neatly inside. It took less than 45 minutes, and they were professional the whole time.
My upright freezer was the hardest part of my state-to-suburbs move. The movers wrapped it in plastic to keep fingerprints off the surface and strapped it tightly in the truck. After setting it up in the utility room, I plugged it in, and it hummed like normal. It looked the same as before the move, spotless.
Carrying heavy appliances like refrigerators and washers isn’t easy, but these movers did it with no problem. They had the right tools, lifted carefully, and made sure there was no damage to floors or walls.

I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.

The entire procedure was online and the staff had even provided me with a video link to consult in case I faced any problems during booking. Then on moving day, the team arrived and packed and delivered my things in immaculate condition. I thank them sincerely!

Arrival timing lined up well, which made unloading easier. Larger items were brought in first, so setup could begin right away. Even with warm weather, the crew stayed focused and professional.
I had a strict deadline to get my storage unit cleared out before the end of the month. The guys from Swift Shift Van Lines were great and didn't waste any time. They started with the big furniture at the front and worked their way back until the whole space was empty. Even when the loading dock got crowded with other trucks, they just kept moving and stayed on schedule.
