I had to move some things late in the evening, and I expected them to be tired or slow, but they stayed consistent the whole time. One of the guys William kept things simple and clear whenever I asked something. It made the process feel less complicated for me.
They created trust in their work by taking their time and not hurrying through the process to ensure everything was done correctly the first time.
