Before moving, I needed to get rid of a lot of old basement junk and broken furniture. I added their haul-away service to the moving package. The crew quickly removed all the unwanted items right from the basement. This saved me a lot of time and heavy lifting before the actual moving day.

They labeled every box with "fragile" or "heavy" based on the contents, which was super helpful when unpacking. My large sectional sofa barely fit through the doorframe, but they figured it out without damaging the walls or the sofa. They also helped pack some last-minute items that I forgot to do myself. The cherry on top was that they cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind.
We were able to move our antique dresser and hardwood table without any issues. The team is well aware of the proper way to move large, expensive furniture.
I was terrified that we might have to relocate in the week leading up to Christmas. David and his staff made the whole event enjoyable by bringing cookies and wearing colorful hats. It was very surprising and I felt grateful!
