My grandmother’s antiques meant the most to me. Swift Shift Van Lines wrapped each piece, carried the glass cabinet gently, and kept talking to us through what they were doing. That gave me peace of mind.
I had a strict deadline to get my storage unit cleared out before the end of the month. The guys from Swift Shift Van Lines were great and didn't waste any time. They started with the big furniture at the front and worked their way back until the whole space was empty. Even when the loading dock got crowded with other trucks, they just kept moving and stayed on schedule.
After a divorce, I had to move out of my family home, which was a difficult experience. The movers were incredibly respectful and made the process much easier. They packed up my things with care, and I was grateful for how kind they were throughout the whole process. They moved everything quickly, and I felt relieved to have one less thing to worry about during a tough time.
William and his team did an excellent job. They were efficient in their work and pleasant to work with overall. They showed there on time and got right to work. I highly recommend this company for your impending move.
DON'T DO IT ! We came across swift shift van lines and it all started out good. Gave them the estimated inventory and they gave an estimated affordable quote. Robert Collins, the "senior relocation specialist" played us like a fiddle. Bunk beds apparently only have one matress. King beds don't have a box spring or a bedframe. Those are things they hit you with after you give them the deposit. So I price jumped drastically. Specifically, $2000.00 more than we planned. Jordan, the quality assurance associate, wasn't trying to help us at all. All he was focused on is getting the "rest of the deposit". Deposits are "non-refundable" so if you decide that this service is just not for you, they just keep your money. Even if you tell them that you just simply can not afford their services, they don't give your money back. They will drain you. Website says no surprises and it was a lie. Talked to the "manager" Olivia, told her we are no longer interested in your services and you can keep the initial deposit. All she said was deposits are non-refundable". Apparently, we only paid half the deposit up front so she that there was going to be another charge. Olivia didn't try to make things right, or offer any money back. Also, they will take your routing and account number off of your check and try to process unauthorized payments. At the end of the day, we canceled everything. They won't see another cent of our hard earned money. Now, I'm moving everything myself, just me, my girlfriend, our 6 month year old baby, 5 year old, and 9 year old. I do not recommended this company to anybody.
A lovely experience from start to finish. Their movers planned and executed our commercial move perfectly. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!
The movers worked together well and kept the process moving at a steady pace. They protected the furniture before loading and handled the boxes responsibly. Once at the destination, the crew unloaded everything in an organized manner.
Because they were honest and the price they quoted was the exact amount we paid, I will be using them again and recommending them to others for our next move.
I had to move 25 boxes and a large sofa from my condo. The movers loaded everything in under two hours, carried with care, and placed items exactly where I wanted. I’d highly recommend their service.
Very trustworthy! Swift Shift Van Lines was responsible for arranging all unloading activities without any hassle, since I had to leave town early and was not there during the delivery. They followed my instructions and charged me fairly. Highly recommended!
