Carrying heavy appliances like refrigerators and washers isn’t easy, but these movers did it with no problem. They had the right tools, lifted carefully, and made sure there was no damage to floors or walls.
John and his crew from Swift Shift Van Lines were outstanding, and they exceeded all my expectations. They were the most efficient and effective movers I’ve ever seen, and they packed up my entire apartment in just a few hours. They used all kinds of packing supplies, from foam peanuts to packing tape, and they even gave me some extra boxes for free. They organized everything neatly and logically, and they labeled everything clearly and accurately. They were the best in the business!
James and his three-person team noted each container's contents and labelled them accordingly. They also inquired about the specific rooms I wanted each box delivered to in the new location and dutifully followed my instructions. For my convenience, they stacked comparable boxes together to facilitate unpacking. Overall, they provided outstanding assistance.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I felt it was deserved. Richard and the rest of the crew were respectful, efficient, and easy to communicate with.
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
I appreciate your positive enthusiasm. I didn't regret choosing this relocation company. The young lads handled my furniture and expensive stuff with such care.
Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was a small job. But these guys treated it like a full move. They packed, labeled, and stacked everything neatly inside. It took less than 45 minutes, and they were professional the whole time.
Joseph replied immediately, even though we were behind schedule with our request. They were prompt with delivery and set things up for us. The safe and prompt delivery of our beautiful marble tulip table and chairs from NJ to AZ has satisfied us. We would definitely use them again because of the great service and staff.
Moving my late grandmother's hand-painted porcelain collection and fragile glassware was very nerve-wracking for me. Packing day arrived the day before the main move with custom wardrobe packing boxes, bubble wrap by the mile and even custom crates for the delicate artwork. When we opened the boxes at our new home, even the smallest wine glass was in perfect order. They paid amazing attention to detail and eased my mind during a very stressful period of my life.
