Thanks to the movers, relocating from TX to NY was easy. John and Michael packed the truck snugly so that nothing would move throughout the long trip. No damage occurred during move.
Communication throughout the move was one of the biggest issues. I was not kept informed when the schedule changed and had to make several calls for updates. This created unnecessary stress. I think the customer service could be improved significantly.
I moved my dad’s tool sets from TN to SC. The movers used small carts for the heavy boxes and kept the parts together so he could find them later.

They helped me move my heavy office chair, which was very hard to maneuver. They also moved my desk, computer, printer, and files without any issues. They were very careful with my documents and data. They packed them in folders and boxes, and they secured them with locks and passwords.
Andrew and John were efficient and quick, but they also did a really good job. They know how to get things done fast and well.
