They had clearly marked all of the boxes by room, and unpacking at the new house was surprisingly quick and efficient!
I had a home office full of electronics that I didn’t want damaged. The movers labeled each box clearly, wrapped the monitors carefully, and reconnected the desk setup exactly how I needed.
I paid for $4000 for 800 cubic square feet and they only allowed me 640 when their subcontracted moving company arrived. We measured ourselves and they told us to contact Swift which claims no responsibility once your items are turned over to the moving company that they contract out to. This is the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with, they also did damage to our flooring and are completely unprofessional. Don't let the good reviews fool you, you will pay double. Rent a U-Haul and save thousands and save yourself the entire headache of dealing with such an unprofessional company.
