They saved my move after the first company no showed. I waited for three hours in my empty apartment, calling everyone I knew. James answered my call at 11 AM and said we can be there by 1 PM. They showed up at 12:50 and worked until 7 PM to get everything done. I am really grateful. Great service!
The apartment move from the north side to the new condo went better than expected. The crew from Swift Shift Van Lines arrived right on time and brought all the packing supplies with them. They wrapped my furniture carefully and stacked everything neatly in the truck. What stood out was how organized they were from start to finish.
I stored some of my belongings in their storage facility to paint my home. After the work was completed, I called them to deliver the items back to me. The crew meticulously delivered my antique dining set the very next day. This service was exceptionally reliable, which is very rare. If you need them, please use them.
This incredible crew helped us move during a winter storm. They arrived with safety mats and covered the floor inside my new apartment so that snow wouldn't be tracked in. They also took further precautions to protect my books and electronics by placing them in airtight containers. Despite the severe weather, I was surprised by the degree of professionalism.
Highly recommend this team to anyone planning a move. I had 2 large wardrobes that I thought would be impossible to move without damage. The movers took their time figuring out the safest way to get them downstairs. They communicated clearly with each other while carrying them out. When everything was set up in my new place, the wardrobes were in perfect shape.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
I had James and David get my grand piano from a NY storage facility, and it finally got here, and I was so happy. They took such extra care to cover and protect it from damage, which amazed me. Their hard work is admirable. I love them so much!
