Solid 5 stars from my side because we moved a 3 bedroom house and the entire job was done in under 5 hours and everything was accounted for at the end.
It was a real pleasure to spend time with people who were so kind and helpful. My grandfather's antiques were carefully packed and sent quickly, which said a lot. Also, their service was great.
I was most worried about my glass coffee table. The movers covered it with thick padding, carried it together, and placed it gently in the truck. It arrived in perfect shape, no chips at all.
A big thank you to the staff for being so patient and kind. My move involved a lot of small details, but they managed the whole thing without any complaints. I am very satisfied with the work.
When I moved out of a two-bedroom apartment, I hired movers who were fantastic. They were very careful with my fragile possessions and protected each piece of furniture with its own cover. Observing the process of loading the truck was like to solving a puzzle because everything fit perfectly and efficiently. They helped me reassemble my bed at the new place and there were no dents or damages.
David checked on every detail during the move. He reminded the crew to double-wrap fragile items and asked me about the placement of the boxes. Having that extra attention gave me a lot of peace of mind.
My wife and I had a comfortable relocation experience. Alan and his team of 3 were efficient workers and handled everything from packing to delivery exceptionally well. They even reassembled our furniture and reinstalled our TV and fridge for us after delivery – and that too without extra charges. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
It was an absolute nightmare. We got two half-a**** surveys all of which severely under quoted us to get us to sign, and when the movers showed up they wouldn't take most of our things without charging us an additional 5k. Also, the person who initially quoted us "no longer worked there" as soon as we started having problems. STAY AWAY
I’ve moved two times in the last ten years, so I have a good basis for comparison. This was by far the most straightforward experience. The team was focused and got the work done. I’d tell anyone asking to just book them and not worry about it.
Jack arranged movers for my aunt’s downsizing. They carried her antique dresser, glass cabinet, and six boxes of keepsakes. The movers were patient and kind, which really made the whole day less stressful.
