The professionalism and quickness of their moving firm impressed me greatly. They committed to the role and came prepared on the moving day with the packing supplies. Nobody can match their prices or the quality of service they deliver when it comes to packing and moving.
My husband and I had a stress-free move into our condo in NY. The crew was efficient and handled packing and delivery incredibly well. They also offered to help us with organizing our new place after delivery. We strongly recommend them!
I needed a long distance move from Florida to North Carolina and I was scared about my antique dresser that my great aunt left me. Swift Shift Van Lines handled the whole thing without me driving behind the truck the entire way, like I originally planned to do. Phil put padding on every corner of that dresser and then wrapped it again with a blanket on top. The truck arrived in North Carolina three days later, and the driver called me when he was thirty minutes out so I could meet him there. It was a great service.
A solid 5-star experience with Adam’s crew. They arrived promptly at 11 am (half an hour after booking on the same day) and quickly got to work. They packed my sofas and floor-length mirrors thoroughly in few hours and delivered them unscratched to me in SD. I am thoroughly impressed with the fast service and absolutely recommend them!
Swift Shift Van Lines is a moving Broker. Something their agent did not tell us when we were on the phone. The agent also said our belongings would be stored in the state we were moving to; the mover that arrived said our belonging were going to be stored in another state. Also the agent under estimated the space we would need for our belongings, so the initial price was acceptable; when the mover arrived the space needed and price went up by alot. The link for the estimate expired by the time the mover arrived (something they do not inform you of). The mover showed up at 815pm on the second day, within the two day window. They contacted us several times moving the pick up time; but showing up that late is not good business management or respectful to the customer. When we were told the new moving cost estimate; we attempted to call Swift Shift Van Lines and were going to cancel and see about a refund, but no one answered. We would not under any circumstance recommend Swift Shift Van Lines.
I had many fragile things; the movers packed them in bubble wraps, packing peanuts and moving blankets. Many thanks!
Their movers were the pros of the pros! On moving day, it rained heavily, and I was sure that my furniture would be lost. However, to my relief, the team brought plastic wrap, waterproof tarps and even gloves to keep my belongings clean. I was wet by the end of the move; my belongings were not. Bravo to them!
Our family had to move out of state for work, and Swift Shift Van Lines made it easier. They packed the truck neatly, kept me updated during the drive, and delivered every item on time. That communication was reassuring.
Price doubled when movers showed up and started loading , then when my furniture showed up, there was over $7000 in damage and rendered most things useless. Multiple phone calls led no where and insurance doesnt reply.
