Honestly, I thought I would be moving stress with this company with order number MC-2402, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew arrived with a plan, was confident and did each room one at a time.
Our office relocation was completed with no problems. The movers labeled everything clearly, carried large desks easily, and placed everything where it needed to go. Their careful handling saved us a lot of stress that day.
They were very proactive, working while singing along to the radio, which made the experience seem quite enjoyable.
I had some artwork that needed extra care during the move. Joseph asked me about it beforehand and made sure it was packed separately so it would not shift around in the truck.
I was amazed by their precision and care when handling my delicate china cabinet. Not a single plate was chipped!
What a fantastic group of people! Their professionalism, care and speed were evident as they skillfully relocated our belongings to a third-floor apartment. To make sure they could meet us when we were ready, they checked in with us the day before our visit to see what time we were expecting to arrive. And they did! Almost a week before the event, I made my reservation.
We did have a sectional that was able to be divided into several sections but it was difficult to get through the door. The movers were very careful to disassemble and reassemble it at the new location. All cushions and pieces were kept together.
The crew arrived prepared and kept the moving process well coordinated. They handled larger pieces carefully and made sure everything was unloaded safely. Their attention to detail made the transition much easier.
Our six-month trip from TX to KS required us to put our stuff in storage. On time, and without incident, our fragile and cumbersome items were delivered. We took special care to pack the TV and pictures. We were pleasantly delighted by how smoothly and quickly the procedure went.
David and Eric maintained cleanliness around my house when I hired them to move my couch. They disposed of the wasted packing material and also double checked on their way out to see if they’d gotten rid of everything. Bravo!
