Swift Shift Van Lines is a moving Broker. Something their agent did not tell us when we were on the phone. The agent also said our belongings would be stored in the state we were moving to; the mover that arrived said our belonging were going to be stored in another state. Also the agent under estimated the space we would need for our belongings, so the initial price was acceptable; when the mover arrived the space needed and price went up by alot. The link for the estimate expired by the time the mover arrived (something they do not inform you of). The mover showed up at 815pm on the second day, within the two day window. They contacted us several times moving the pick up time; but showing up that late is not good business management or respectful to the customer. When we were told the new moving cost estimate; we attempted to call Swift Shift Van Lines and were going to cancel and see about a refund, but no one answered. We would not under any circumstance recommend Swift Shift Van Lines.
We used Swift Shift Van Lines to prepare our household items for overseas container moving. They professionally wrapped and inventoried every piece, meeting all international standards. The entire process felt very secure and detailed. Person name answered all my difficult customs questions beforehand.
Long-distance moves usually tire me out, but this one felt different. The movers stayed professional the entire way, ensuring boxes stayed secure. Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition. Honestly, it made a huge difference for me.
I had some artwork that needed extra care during the move. Joseph asked me about it beforehand and made sure it was packed separately so it would not shift around in the truck.
The estimate was right on the money, and the communication was clear and honest. They were always willing to help and dedicated to ensuring we were happy with the move.

My number one concern was the care with which my property was treated. I spent a considerable penny on nice furniture, so it was meaningful to me. They did a fantastic job. Completely undamaged.
