From the first query until the final item was unloaded, the transparency and communication were refreshing. The crew was punctual and skilled, and the price was clear. They used shrink wrap and foam to pack my modern gadgets, kitchen appliances, and even a fragile wall mirror faster than expected without sacrificing care.
I used them for the move of my parents, and they were very respectful. They seemed to take their time with the heavier items and listened when my parents asked where we should put furniture. The movers' hard work and patience were really appreciated.
I helped my cousin relocate her photography studio, which involved transporting camera gear, backdrops, light stands, and some very delicate equipment. I was nervous at first, but the movers handled everything with total awareness. They listened carefully, packed with intention, and didn’t rush through anything. I could tell they’ve moved specialty items before. Honestly, the whole experience felt more like a partnership than just a service.
The movers showed up exactly when they said they would. Because they were so punctual, we were able to stay on track for the rest of the move. It was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing we had reliable helpers.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith

Someday, I envision everyone appreciating Swift Shift Van Lines as deeply as I do. The level of service I received exceeded my expectations. They took great care when handling my furniture and other belongings while packing.
Andrew and his unit men worked like well-oiled machines, always in sync and always ready to get the job done. They skillfully navigated my massive sectional sofa via narrow hallways and entrances. My mattress was transported with the utmost care; the movers even provided additional straps to keep it in place on the truck.
I was amazed by how well the team was able to solve problems. My friends managed to find solutions to some difficult setup challenges so everything would fit just right. They took the same care with every object, large or small.
