Price doubled when movers showed up and started loading , then when my furniture showed up, there was over $7000 in damage and rendered most things useless. Multiple phone calls led no where and insurance doesnt reply.
From the first interaction to the final drop-off, things were well managed. David was calm, clear, and easy to work with, which helped a lot.
What I liked most is that they noticed I was overwhelmed and just handled the kitchen without me saying much. John especially kept checking if I was okay. That kind of care reduced my stress level. Thank you for making it so easy
