I had to move my two-bedroom apartment, and I was anxious about how everything would go. But these guys were so efficient! They labeled every box with "fragile" or "heavy" based on the contents, which was super helpful when unpacking. My large sectional sofa barely fit through the doorframe, but they figured it out without damaging the walls or the sofa. They also helped pack some last-minute items that I forgot to do myself. The cherry on top was that they cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind.

Richard kept checking on the fragile pieces and made sure everything was secured properly before loading it. They were polite, worked steadily, and followed every request I made.

We had a few fragile items, and were concerned they might get damaged, but everything was handled carefully and arrived in perfect condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience!

Here's how my move played out. I was relocating household items from one living space to another. When the crew arrived, they took a look around and decided what should be moved first. One of the movers secured a loose panel before picking it up. I stayed nearby while they worked through the rooms. Items were handled one at a time. I did not feel lost during the process.
I highly recommend Swift Shift Van Lines. We were moving my son into a 3rd-floor dorm at State University. Parking was a nightmare, but they handled it. William and his partner carried that mini-fridge and the trunk full of textbooks up all those stairs. They were fast and friendly with all the students moving in around us. Made a chaotic day much smoother for us parents.
DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
This team was very efficient with my move; I was surprised how easily it went. They remained very organized throughout.
