Simply the Best Movers!

Bait and switch

This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith

The crew was polite!!!

My family recently moved from AZ to SD, and we were impressed with their service. The team was friendly and respectful, and they took great care in packing our fragile items, such as glassware and artwork. They used special packing supplies, such as dish pack boxes and paper padding, to keep everything intact and secure during the move.

It was a very positive experience.

William and his group were outstanding! They were thorough, quick, and on schedule. They also neatly wrapped everything. They assisted me without any issues throughout the 2 stops I had to make with my furniture. Without a doubt, I would suggest them!

Unforgettable Experience

Living in a busy downtown area makes parking a huge truck almost impossible. Somehow, the driver found a spot and worked quickly to avoid blocking the bus lane. My heavy mahogany wardrobe made it inside without touching a single doorframe. The guys were incredibly helpful and handled the stuff with care. I felt lucky to have such an experienced team helping me out on a hectic Saturday morning. They were able to transfer the things on the same afternoon safely.

It was a solid overall professional move.

My move was during heavy rain, and I was worried about my light colored sofa getting wet. The movers came prepared with floor covers and plastic sheets. They dried their shoes before entering the house each time. I noticed how they wiped down items before placing them inside the truck. When everything arrived at my new place, nothing was damp or dirty.
