They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.
The delivery took considerably longer than I was told it would. I had very little information while waiting and had to contact the company for updates. This made it difficult to organize my day. Overall, the experience was frustrating.
What I liked most is that they noticed I was overwhelmed and just handled the kitchen without me saying much. John especially kept checking if I was okay. That kind of care reduced my stress level. Thank you for making it so easy

I was mostly concerned about my collection of large indoor plants because they are very sensitive to being moved around too much. The team made sure to keep the tall palms upright and wedged them in safely so they wouldn't tip over during the sharp turns on the road. I am so happy that every single leaf made it to the sunroom without any damage.
