The team was friendly and respectful, and they took great care in packing our fragile items, such as glassware and artwork. They used special packing supplies, such as dish pack boxes and paper padding, to keep everything intact and secure during the move.
Throughout the entire process, Robert staff was outstanding. Their meticulous and swift moving of my possessions to the storage facility made what would have been a difficult day much easier and even enjoyable. I highly recommend this company and its employees.
They managed to load the entire house into the truck quicker than I thought possible. No yelling, no rushing, just steady work. All the stuff was tied down and secured before they pulled off. They knew what they were doing.
BEWARE. Stay away from this company. They will take your deposit and the day of the move they more than double the price of the move. I specifically told the broker we had 2 10 ft sofas it’s in my contract and the movers said they take up too much space. It was extortion the day of the move. I guess they make there business by keeping your deposit. I paid by credit card and I will fight them. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.

A really positive encounter with the movers. I employed them for a full moving service because I was relocating alone. Since they effortlessly disassembled my bulky furniture, uninstalled my home theatre system and TVs, packed everything carefully, and handled all the hard lifting, it was actually a relief. After successfully transporting everything, they stayed behind to assemble and install my belongings.
