The moving team stayed focused and organized throughout the entire job. Heavy furniture was moved safely, and fragile household items were packed with extra care to help keep everything protected.
I would say if you are thinking about booking them, just go ahead, because my experience turned out pretty good. I had to move some things late in the evening, and I expected them to be tired or slow, but they stayed consistent the whole time. One of the guys William kept things simple and clear whenever I asked something. It made the process feel less complicated for me.
What worked well was how the team handled changes as they came up. I moved to simplify daily routines, not because I had to. Richard and the other members noticed early that some items needed different handling and shifted the order on their own.
Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.

This move was for a home library. Floor-to-ceiling bookcases and hundreds of books. The movers removed shelves and stacked books flat. They grouped the series together without me asking. Shelves were wrapped and labeled. At delivery, everything went back up in the same order. I did not have to sort titles again. That saved me days of work.
Swift Shift Van Lines saved the day during our last-minute relocation to the countryside. When our original movers canceled, they stepped in immediately. Their team packed, loaded, and delivered everything within 4 days. Nothing was damaged upon arrival. We couldn’t have asked for more!
These guys are the real deal. I had a last-minute move and called 3 other companies, who were booked. Swift Shift Van Lines had a cancellation and fit me in. The crew worked until 7 PM to get me finished. They moved my large sectional sofa up a tight staircase by taking it apart first. It was a long day for them, but they never complained. I'm so grateful.
