The moving company was also punctual, and upon arrival at the new location, everything was in great condition. I couldn’t be more pleased!
They managed to load the entire house into the truck quicker than I thought possible. No yelling, no rushing, just steady work. All the stuff was tied down and secured before they pulled off. They knew what they were doing.
I moved from a second-floor duplex into a newly built apartment complex, and my main concern was my oversized sectional sofa and tall standing desk. Both were a tight fit through the hallway. I recommend this company to anyone in need of secure relocation assistance. The staff helped me take my belongings downstairs and took good care of my TV and furnishings (unlike other firms who chuck stuff in the vehicle). They arrived 10 minutes early. He assisted me in moving all of the furniture into the rooms of the new home when we moved into our new house, and he removed his shoes upstairs to protect my newly installed carpeting.
The delivery took considerably longer than I was told it would. I had very little information while waiting and had to contact the company for updates. This made it difficult to organize my day. Overall, the experience was frustrating.

They carefully organized pans, racks, and coolers by size and made sure everything was securely sealed before loading. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free from beginning to end.
A few heavy landscape features needed to be relocated to my new backyard yesterday. Those guys managed the awkward lifting with a lot of skill and didn't damage any of the property. I found the whole process very straightforward because the workers were so helpful and easy to talk to. I would definitely use this specific group again for any future outdoor projects.
