I am happy to give a solid 5 stars for the service provided. They helped me get all 3 of my storage units emptied and consolidated into one shipment, which saved me a lot of time and extra effort.
My upright freezer was the hardest part of my state-to-suburbs move. The movers wrapped it in plastic to keep fingerprints off the surface and strapped it tightly in the truck. After setting it up in the utility room, I plugged it in, and it hummed like normal. It looked the same as before the move, spotless.
The movers showed up exactly when they said they would. Because they were so punctual, we were able to stay on track for the rest of the move. It was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing we had reliable helpers.
Four men did an excellent job of moving everything from my large house to my new, smaller home. They are the best of movers. I would definitely recommend them to others as well.
These guys are the real deal. I had a last-minute move and called 3 other companies, who were booked. Swift Shift Van Lines had a cancellation and fit me in. The crew worked until 7 PM to get me finished. They moved my large sectional sofa up a tight staircase by taking it apart first. It was a long day for them, but they never complained. I'm so grateful.
They never missed a beat, were really courteous, and noticed the tiniest details. My belongings were loaded into the van in a timely and cautious manner.
There were four of us in all. I haven't worked with such a committed and diligent team in years. They made us feel at home immediately, and they were really careful with our belongings. In addition, the packaging was top-notch.
Swift Shift Van Lines has the best customer service of any moving company. In the past, they've helped me a lot. I have a lot of respect for them. Not only did they not overcharge me, but they also did not break or lose any of my things during the move.

I was moving into a basement unit with a narrow staircase, and I truly thought we’d have to leave the couch behind. But the crew figured out the perfect angle, wrapped it carefully, and slid it in without a single scratch on the walls. I stood there amazed. They didn’t rush or force anything. You could tell they’d done stuff like this before, and it really showed in how they worked.
