They labelled each box, which made unpacking very easy. The group made a barcoded inventory list, scanning every item as it moved from our old house to the new one. Not a single item was lost or damaged, and the relocation was finished before the scheduled time.
All staff was humble and expert. Nothing was damaged, and everything passed through. As they packed everything, they took great care to protect the woodwork. Our team leader, Joseph, took the time to find out where we liked the things packed and where everything was going in the new house. When we made reservations, they were accommodating and patient.
I would say if you are thinking about booking them, just go ahead, because my experience turned out pretty good. I had to move some things late in the evening, and I expected them to be tired or slow, but they stayed consistent the whole time.
