Smoothest move ever!

Moving is very stressful, but thanks to George and his team, who made it easy. Our hardwood floors were protected from scratches because they used corner guards and floor runners. They labelled each box, which made unpacking very easy. The group made a barcoded inventory list, scanning every item as it moved from our old house to the new one. Not a single item was lost or damaged, and the relocation was finished before the scheduled time.

they handled everything very well.

This was a weekend move for my wardrobe only. Clothing racks, shoe boxes, mirrors, and a vanity. The movers brought hanging boxes. Dresses stayed on hangers. Shoes stayed paired. Mirrors were padded fully. The vanity fit through the door without removing legs. I was impressed by that.

Simply the best.

I am so glad I hired this team because they made my move look like a breeze. The truck was plenty big enough for all my clothes and kitchen supplies. They handled my television with a lot of care and made sure it was stable for the drive. It was a very smooth experience from start to finish. What a fantastic group of people! Their professionalism, care and speed were evident as they skillfully relocated our belongings to a third-floor apartment. To make sure they could meet us when we were ready, they checked in with us the day before our visit to see what time we were expecting to arrive. And they did! Almost a week before the event, I made my reservation.

Overall ok!!

Mixed feelings. The SSV are brokers. We were quoted a price. the moving company they hired were rated 1 star and demanded more money than quoted and refused to deliver some pieces of furniture. The delivery dates quoted by SSV were 5-10 days. The movers they hired stated 7-10 business days the actually delivery time was 16 business days. The boxes were not securely stored as when they were delivered some boxes were torn, massive holes where items were spilling out, a gross liquid spilled over 5. The men packing up and delivering were different. The delivery people were nice, quick and didn't try to scam more money out of us like the pick up crew did. I feel betrayed about all moving companies from this experience. Good luck to everyone who uses this company and I suggest finding out who they hire as movers before signing so you do not get a low rate mover through this broker.
