They used mattress bags to protect all our beds, and the movers helped arrange the bedrooms in the new house.
We had a few antique items that required special handling, and we appreciated how seriously they took the job. They wrapped each piece in layers, double-checked their placement in the truck, and delivered them in great shape to our studio apartment. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was a small job. But these guys treated it like a full move. They packed, labeled, and stacked everything neatly inside. It took less than 45 minutes, and they were professional the whole time.
Throughout the entire process, Robert staff was outstanding. Their meticulous and swift moving of my possessions to the storage facility made what would have been a difficult day much easier and even enjoyable. I highly recommend this company and its employees.
I had to split my move into two parts; some things were going into storage, and the rest into my new place. I thought that would complicate everything, but the movers followed my labeling system and made sure it all went exactly where I needed. There was no confusion at all. Andrew and his team were incredible! They moved all of our belongings from our three-bedroom apartment to DE and worked tirelessly until 9 pm to ensure everything was taken care of. They packed everything neatly and securely, and labeled everything clearly. They also unloaded everything carefully and placed everything where we wanted them. Even though John and James were exhausted, they remained positive and had a great attitude. They were very friendly and cheerful, and they made us feel comfortable and relaxed.

Swift Shift Van Lines has the best customer service of any moving company. In the past, they've helped me a lot. I have a lot of respect for them. Not only did they not overcharge me, but they also did not break or lose any of my things during the move.
