Our moving experience with them was excellent. Without question, they are the city's top movers. The procedure was enjoyable because of the team's dedication and careful handling of our stuff.
They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.
I moved from a second-floor duplex into a newly built apartment complex, and my main concern was my oversized sectional sofa and tall standing desk. Both were a tight fit through the hallway. Swift Shift Van Lines was amazing! James, the mover, zipped around my apartment like a tiny tornado, carefully wrapping furniture and boxing things up in a flash. He color-coded the boxes based on the room (kitchen boxes were green; bedroom boxes were blue!). The whole move took half the time I expected, and nothing was broken!
