I had to move into a third-floor walk-up with no elevator. I apologized a few times, but the crew just laughed and said it was fine. They kept working without complaining once. they handled everything very well.
Swift Shift Van Lines made the whole thing way less stressful. They brought their supplies and didn’t mind that things weren’t packed perfectly. They even helped me sort out what could go in storage. I honestly don’t think I could’ve pulled it off without their help.
5 stars without any second thought. We had about 2 rooms worth of stuff and they wrapped and loaded everything in a few hours. My wife was standing there watching them the whole time because she was nervous, but by the end, she was the one praising them.
Everything I asked for and needed was noted by the project manager. He was conscious to adhere to them. I salute them!
There was a point during the move where I thought it might take much longer than planned, but they finished right on time. Swift Shift Van Lines handled everything very efficiently.
Several vintage items were worrisome. They had a corner protector, foam wrap and crates for the delicate items. They had wrapped them very carefully, and we were very happy that everything arrived safely!
Overall, the experience was below average. Better planning, stronger communication, and improved customer service would have made a significant difference.

The operators gave me a detailed explanation of pricing and didn’t push any unnecessary extras. When moving day arrived, they were all business, neatly wrapping and stacking my boxes. They had a great technique for moving my king-size mattress, which was a huge relief. Everything arrived without a hitch. I’ll definitely use them again.
They've done a nice job conserving our big appliances. Everything was packed securely, the washer, dryer and fridge, no dents or scratches. Satisfied customer.
These guys handled it all like experts. They even disassembled and reassembled my mattress without breaking a sweat. My mattress is a monster. I wouldn’t even be able to do that stuff myself if I tried. They were very efficient and quick, and completed the task in no time. I was satisfied with their work.
