Glad I called this company for our store relocation from SD to GA. The crew handled the racks, counters, and stock with good teamwork. They packed the fragile items from the shelves in separate boxes and loaded them in order. At the new shop, they set everything just the way we wanted. The move stayed calm and well-managed from the beginning.
Communication throughout the move was one of the biggest issues. I was not kept informed when the schedule changed and had to make several calls for updates. This created unnecessary stress. I think the customer service could be improved significantly.
I must tell you that these guys are freaking incredible for any shifting. I had to split my move into two parts; some things were going into storage, and the rest into my new place. I thought that would complicate everything, but the movers followed my labeling system and made sure it all went exactly where I needed. There was no confusion at all. I didn't have to explain things twice, and that made a big difference by the end of the day.
