I had some artwork that needed extra care during the move. Joseph asked me about it beforehand and made sure it was packed separately so it would not shift around in the truck.
I had to get out of my apartment way faster than I thought, and these guys actually showed up on a Sunday morning with only two days' notice. I was still throwing stuff in bags when they got there, but they didn’t complain or judge the mess. They just started grabbing boxes and even helped me wrap my big floor mirror so it wouldn't crack. Super-fast, super nice, and they didn't charge me a 'panic fee' or anything crazy.
I was moving across the state for work, and I wasn’t sure how I’d get everything there in one piece. The movers I hired from here were amazing from start to finish. They wrapped up my furniture, electronics, and crockery carefully. They kept in touch throughout the move, and I felt reassured every step of the way. The booking process was easy, but everything went downhill on moving day. The crew arrived late, worked very slowly, and spent more time talking than moving furniture. What should have taken a couple of hours turned into almost five. Very disappointing service.
