The entire procedure was online and the staff had even provided me with a video link to consult in case I faced any problems during booking. Then on moving day, the team arrived and packed and delivered my things in immaculate condition. I thank them sincerely!
It was nice that William and the experts were so careful with my things. While they were transporting my things, Melvin went above and beyond to make sure nothing went missing. I had a lot of stuff. He checked everything twice while loading and unloading to ensure he didn't skip anything.

It was an absolute nightmare. We got two half-a**** surveys all of which severely under quoted us to get us to sign, and when the movers showed up they wouldn't take most of our things without charging us an additional 5k. Also, the person who initially quoted us "no longer worked there" as soon as we started having problems. STAY AWAY
