Swift Shift Van Lines Movers has the best movers crew for the service; they have all been awesome when I hired them. Their staff was punctual, skilled and dedicated to the work. I have nothing to complain about from the service. But there's always room for improvement, so I'd only tell them to keep up the good work.
Thanks to William for helping us schedule a last-minute move after another company canceled. We had a mix of boxes, furniture, and a few fragile kitchen items. The team arrived early and stayed efficient the entire time. They packed smartly and communicated well throughout. It was honestly a relief after the stress of rescheduling everything so quickly. This company tells you what you want to hear & never follows up. Basically after you’ve paid they deliver lip service. I have moved 12 times previously & never had the problems that I encountered with Swift. On my moving day, nothing went right. The movers had not been notified of the updates I had made. I had to leave items behind due to the truck not having enough room. The customer service staff had no answers & made no compensations for the disaster this move was. Do Not waste your money or time with this unprofessional moving company.
