My exercise equipment arrived in perfect condition. Movers also set up my items in a new home. Capable Movers!
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
We did have a sectional that was able to be divided into several sections but it was difficult to get through the door. The movers were very careful to disassemble and reassemble it at the new location. All cushions and pieces were kept together.
The packers carefully wrapped and labelled everything, making the unpacking process easier. In this weather, moving from GA to AZ was challenging, but the entire moving crew did an excellent job. Their methodical approach made settling into my new home a breeze.
I had to get out of my apartment way faster than I thought, and these guys actually showed up on a Sunday morning with only two days' notice. I was still throwing stuff in bags when they got there, but they didn’t complain or judge the mess. They just started grabbing boxes and even helped me wrap my big floor mirror so it wouldn't crack. Super-fast, super nice, and they didn't charge me a 'panic fee' or anything crazy.
I do not usually write reviews, but Swift Shift Van Lines was too good. They showed up on time, loaded everything without drama, drove carefully, and unloaded everything exactly where I pointed. That is it. That is the whole story.
The excellent job the movers performed packing my belongings astounded me, but what really won me over was the fact that they double-checked everything, I've never been so amazed before.
We needed several large rugs and a loom. The team rolled and secured properly to avoid creases. The loom was reassembled and ready to use.
I was mostly concerned about my collection of large indoor plants because they are very sensitive to being moved around too much. The team made sure to keep the tall palms upright and wedged them in safely so they wouldn't tip over during the sharp turns on the road. I am so happy that every single leaf made it to the sunroom without any damage.
These movers really eased the emotional burden of moving my kid into his dorm. They helped him set up his small refrigerator and workstation. What a brilliant group!
