My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.
They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.
A crew from this company came to our house with all the necessary equipment to carefully pack our plants before loading them into the car after we contacted them.

They brought the right equipment, moved it from my basement to my new basement office, and bolted it down for me. They didn’t mind that it was a weird, small job. They just did it perfectly.
