The booking process was simple and didn’t take long. On moving day, they came prepared and had all the necessary equipment. They worked steadily and didn’t take unnecessary breaks. I liked that they double-checked items before loading them. The unloading was just as smooth, and they followed instructions properly.
Jack was a beacon of light in helping us out with the logistics of the move. He put in great efforts to make sure we had the best possible experience in an affordable price. And his hard work bore fruit when I received the final bill. I value all his assistance greatly!

It was an absolute nightmare. We got two half-a**** surveys all of which severely under quoted us to get us to sign, and when the movers showed up they wouldn't take most of our things without charging us an additional 5k. Also, the person who initially quoted us "no longer worked there" as soon as we started having problems. STAY AWAY

Moving from a little two-bedroom flat wasn’t difficult. The movers were punctual for both the delivery and the pick-up. In few hours, they wrapped and cushioned our furniture and loaded the vehicle. We observed their meticulous handling of our belongings and how they went through several doors to reach the car while we were there. The relocation coordinator, Christopher, always answered our questions with patience and promptness.
Moving my store to a new spot sounded horrible. I got too much stuff, but they finished it way faster than I thought. I didn’t even lose a day of work. Very Smooth Transition!
I am happy to give a solid 5 stars for the service provided. They helped me get all 3 of my storage units emptied and consolidated into one shipment, which saved me a lot of time and extra effort.
