Our long-distance move was a success with Swift Shift Van Lines. My move operator, John, provided a real-time tracking link so we could monitor the progress of our move, and his communication throughout the journey was also consistent. Despite what we thought, the move was stress-free and worth the investment!
Swift Shift Van Lines sent some great movers. They stand out because they are so determined. They carefully packed, moved, and unloaded my things without breaking a single thing. I can't find enough good things to say about the movers.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith

Highly recommend this team to anyone planning a move. I had 2 large wardrobes that I thought would be impossible to move without damage. The movers took their time figuring out the safest way to get them downstairs. They communicated clearly with each other while carrying them out. When everything was set up in my new place, the wardrobes were in perfect shape.
It was very easy to move across the country because of Swift Shift Van Lines! From the first meeting, when they planned our transfer, to the arrival of our belongings. The team was considerate, on time, and cautious with our furnishings. No object broke because of their extreme caution, and they advised me on furnishing our new home!
This is a perfect circumstance for me. They were pleasant to work with, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done fast but efficiently.
The crew worked steadily without cutting corners. Even toward the end, their focus didn’t drop. That consistency left me feeling satisfied once the move was complete.
