We took the move during the hottest part of the summer with no shade. The crew remained ‘on the job' and never complained. Impressive stamina!
Swift Shift Van Lines is a moving Broker. Something their agent did not tell us when we were on the phone. The agent also said our belongings would be stored in the state we were moving to; the mover that arrived said our belonging were going to be stored in another state. Also the agent under estimated the space we would need for our belongings, so the initial price was acceptable; when the mover arrived the space needed and price went up by alot. The link for the estimate expired by the time the mover arrived (something they do not inform you of). The mover showed up at 815pm on the second day, within the two day window. They contacted us several times moving the pick up time; but showing up that late is not good business management or respectful to the customer. When we were told the new moving cost estimate; we attempted to call Swift Shift Van Lines and were going to cancel and see about a refund, but no one answered. We would not under any circumstance recommend Swift Shift Van Lines.
Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was a small job. But these guys treated it like a full move. They packed, labeled, and stacked everything neatly inside. It took less than 45 minutes, and they were professional the whole time.
Thanks to William for helping us schedule a last-minute move after another company canceled. We had a mix of boxes, furniture, and a few fragile kitchen items. The team arrived early and stayed efficient the entire time. They packed smartly and communicated well throughout. It was honestly a relief after the stress of rescheduling everything so quickly. The crew meticulously delivered my antique dining set the very next day. This service was exceptionally reliable, which is very rare. If you need them, please use them.

They dried their shoes before entering the house each time. I noticed how they wiped down items before placing them inside the truck. When everything arrived at my new place, nothing was damp or dirty.

The entire procedure was online and the staff had even provided me with a video link to consult in case I faced any problems during booking.
