Ascending the staircase, two employees hauled a desk from our previous office, which had to have weighed three hundred pounds or more. They worked very hard without complaining or giving up. Truck #T-610 was loaded with order #IN-11934 in an efficient manner. All wooden tables were covered with corner protectors and heavy duty stretch film was used around large wooden sectional items to stop dirt and moisture from accumulating.
The crew was excellent during our apartment renovation. We appreciated our moving coordinator, Michael, for taking the initiative and managing the transfer. He kept us informed and ensured effective delivery and packaging. After packing, they stored our belongings in the company's facility until repairs were complete. We also appreciate his hassle-free service!
While taking my dresser down the stairs, he dropped it, chipping the corner and causing extensive damage. “It happens sometimes,” he shrugged, without acknowledging the damage or offering to repair it. The move was difficult because it was obvios that they lacked the necessary training and expertise. I would never again use such inexperienced movers.
Even though I had only a mattress and a few boxes to move, the crew treated me like their most valued customer. For my small task, they were thorough and took no shortcuts. Their expertise was greatly appreciated.
Swift Shift Van Lines was amazing! James, the mover, zipped around my apartment like a tiny tornado, carefully wrapping furniture and boxing things up in a flash. He color-coded the boxes based on the room (kitchen boxes were green; bedroom boxes were blue!). The whole move took half the time I expected, and nothing was broken!
I asked Swift Shift Van Lines to move my baking equipment to a different kitchen. They loaded the mixers, trays, and boxes of ingredients without rushing. Everything ended up in the right place when they were done unloading.

Arrival timing lined up well, which made unloading easier. Larger items were brought in first, so setup could begin right away. Even with warm weather, the crew stayed focused and professional.
