I had a smooth and hassle-free moving experience from start to finish. The team was professional, arrived on time, and handled all items with care during the move. Everything was delivered safely, and the communication throughout the process was excellent.
These guys handled it all like experts. They even disassembled and reassembled my mattress without breaking a sweat. My mattress is a monster. I wouldn’t even be able to do that stuff myself if I tried. They were very efficient and quick, and completed the task in no time. I was satisfied with their work.
Thanks to the movers, relocating from TX to NY was easy. John and Michael packed the truck snugly so that nothing would move throughout the long trip. No damage occurred during move.
Moving from a little two-bedroom flat wasn’t difficult. The movers were punctual for both the delivery and the pick-up. In few hours, they wrapped and cushioned our furniture and loaded the vehicle. We observed their meticulous handling of our belongings and how they went through several doors to reach the car while we were there. The relocation coordinator, Christopher, always answered our questions with patience and promptness.
This was a weekend move for my wardrobe only. Clothing racks, shoe boxes, mirrors, and a vanity. The movers brought hanging boxes. Dresses stayed on hangers. Shoes stayed paired. Mirrors were padded fully. The vanity fit through the door without removing legs. I was impressed by that.
I was very pleased with the attention they gave to me and my things. I had no trouble getting my couch, espresso table and decorations neatly packed. Everything was done properly, the labels of each box were checked and the walkways around my house were kept free so I could set up later.
At every step of the moving process, they answered our questions, put our minds at ease, and kept us apprised of what was happening.
Very pleased! We had their packing-only option, and I'm so glad we did. They removed all our kitchen, glassware and artwork in a couple of hours. All components were clearly marked and easy to reassemble afterward. Huge time-saver!
Everything was done in about 4 hours, which matched what they told me earlier. That made it easier for me to plan the rest of my day.
