I was amazed by how well the team was able to solve problems. My friends managed to find solutions to some difficult setup challenges so everything would fit just right. They took the same care with every object, large or small.
Will absolutely hire them again! I had a few last-minute boxes I hadn’t taped up yet when the crew arrived, and instead of waiting around, they offered to help finish sealing them so we could stay on schedule. They weren’t overly chatty, just got on with it and kept the momentum going. Spectacular experience!
I had a very serious and frustrating experience with Swift Shift Van Lines and the moving company they brokered. After major issues during delivery—including erratic and unsafe behavior by movers they literally hired from Craigslist, unreliable delivery timelines which caused us to have to sleep on the floor of an empty house for a week, damage to property and belongings, and pressure to sign paperwork without proper verification and they left without me signing the paperwork which leads me to believe they may have forged my signature (swift shift has still not confirmed they have retrieve this paperwork which is either not signed or bares a false signature)—I attempted multiple times to resolve these matters directly with Swift Shift. They have since stopped responding entirely. I have spoken with attorneys who advised that while the situation appears clearly criminal, the cost of pursuing legal action would likely exceed any recovery. Because of that, the most realistic option left to me is to warn others publicly. This review is written so future customers can make an informed decision and understand the risks involved when using this broker.
George and his crew managed their time really well. I was a bit skeptical at first, but packing, loading, delivery and unloading were all done timely. I had a comfortable transition all because of them!
The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and the entire process felt poorly managed. I expected a much higher level of service.
I moved from a second-floor duplex into a newly built apartment complex, and my main concern was my oversized sectional sofa and tall standing desk. Both were a tight fit through the hallway. The movers stayed patient and worked through every angle until they got them out safely. Everything was wrapped neatly, and nothing was damaged in the process. It was handled really well.
Because they were honest and the price they quoted was the exact amount we paid, I will be using them again and recommending them to others for our next move.
Living in a busy downtown area makes parking a huge truck almost impossible. Somehow, the driver found a spot and worked quickly to avoid blocking the bus lane. My heavy mahogany wardrobe made it inside without touching a single doorframe. The guys were incredibly helpful and handled the stuff with care. I felt lucky to have such an experienced team helping me out on a hectic Saturday morning. They were able to transfer the things on the same afternoon safely.
My desk was tricky with all the wires, but Jack made sure everything was unplugged and packed safely. Reassembled it like it was brand new.
The three men who helped us relocate were terrific. They were helpful and kind throughout, even suggesting ways to better protect some of our packages.
