Bait and switch

This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith

FLAWLESSLY!!

efficient and polite moving company

Andrew and his unit men worked like well-oiled machines, always in sync and always ready to get the job done. They skillfully navigated my massive sectional sofa via narrow hallways and entrances. My mattress was transported with the utmost care; the movers even provided additional straps to keep it in place on the truck.

The crew was polite!!!

I called this company because I needed assistance after a mover unexpectedly canceled. When 3 movers showed up on Sunday, they were very friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job, worked swiftly, and were courteous. This team's efforts, which they showed even in the toughest conditions, amazed me. I heartily endorse this company!
