Joseph and his team were extremely organized, courteous, professional, and detail-oriented. They carefully packed our breakables and moved our bulky furnishings. They had a very short time moving our stuff into our flat, but they were prompt and efficient. 5/5 Without a doubt, I would employ their services once again.
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
This move was for a home library. Floor-to-ceiling bookcases and hundreds of books. The movers removed shelves and stacked books flat. They grouped the series together without me asking. Shelves were wrapped and labeled. At delivery, everything went back up in the same order. I did not have to sort titles again. That saved me days of work.
They were amazingly patient. I made a lot of changes at the last moment and they managed them wonderfully. They spotted that I was behind with packing and pitched in to help finish a few boxes for me. A team that works hard and is so kind!
I moved back to the city to be closer to my friends. The guys loaded the heavy treadmill and the weight rack from the basement. They used straps to keep the parts from shifting around. They make sure to deliver all the things safely to the new place, and this is what they did, and also they placed the treadmill in the house where I wanted it, which I appreciate.
I have no qualms about recommending Carl and his team because of the great attention and work they put into assisting me to move from TX to NY. Even though it can seem easy, packing and relocating a whole house is a big task. When I called this company and got affordable costs, I was overjoyed.
Living in a busy downtown area makes parking a huge truck almost impossible. Somehow, the driver found a spot and worked quickly to avoid blocking the bus lane. My heavy mahogany wardrobe made it inside without touching a single doorframe. The guys were incredibly helpful and handled the stuff with care. I felt lucky to have such an experienced team helping me out on a hectic Saturday morning. They were able to transfer the things on the same afternoon safely.
Everything was done in about 4 hours, which matched what they told me earlier. That made it easier for me to plan the rest of my day.
