I needed a same-state move done quickly, and they delivered. Everything was loaded, transported, and unloaded in record time, yet nothing looked rushed. Each item was safe, which made me feel relieved and grateful.
The booking process was easy, but everything went downhill on moving day. The crew arrived late, worked very slowly, and spent more time talking than moving furniture. What should have taken a couple of hours turned into almost five. Very disappointing service.
We were successfully moved in today by Anthony and his coworkers. Everything is in its proper place in the house; nothing has broken. They were all friendly and helpful.
I moved from a second-floor duplex into a newly built apartment complex, and my main concern was my oversized sectional sofa and tall standing desk. Both were a tight fit through the hallway. The movers stayed patient and worked through every angle until they got them out safely. Everything was wrapped neatly, and nothing was damaged in the process. It was handled really well.
The movers did an excellent job: the ones who packed up and unloaded our previous house were careful with our breakables, and the ones who moved us into our new home took their time dismantling and reassembling our beds.
The Jack group was prompt and well-prepared for the transfer. It is because of Kevin that all of my household goods made it to my new home safely and without a scratch. Their work is of exceptional quality, and they pay close attention to every detail.
My move was during heavy rain, and I was worried about my light colored sofa getting wet. The movers came prepared with floor covers and plastic sheets. They dried their shoes before entering the house each time. I noticed how they wiped down items before placing them inside the truck. When everything arrived at my new place, nothing was damp or dirty.
James used a ramp for heavy furniture. It made everything move smoothly without bumps or scrapes. Brave Movers.
Everything I asked for and needed was noted by the project manager. He was conscious to adhere to them. I salute them!
James and his group just did a killer job with my move from FL to TX. These guys were so courteous, handling all my furniture with care, including my baker’s rack and my beloved armchair. They even helped me disassemble my dressing table and put it back together in my new place. And despite the fact that we had to move during rush hour traffic, they didn’t complain once. They were very patient and flexible. They rocked my move and I’m very grateful to them.
