Our six-month trip from TX to KS required us to put our stuff in storage. On time, and without incident, our fragile and cumbersome items were delivered. We took special care to pack the TV and pictures. We were pleasantly delighted by how smoothly and quickly the procedure went.
I was recently transferred to another city because of my job. I hired their movers and they did a brilliant job at helping me with the transition!
Swift Shift Van Lines handled my move from one state to the other. The crew sorted the boxes by room before loading. It saved us time later when we started unpacking everything.
My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.
There was a point during the move where I thought it might take much longer than planned, but they finished right on time. Swift Shift Van Lines handled everything very efficiently.
James and his three-person team noted each container's contents and labelled them accordingly. They also inquired about the specific rooms I wanted each box delivered to in the new location and dutifully followed my instructions. For my convenience, they stacked comparable boxes together to facilitate unpacking. Overall, they provided outstanding assistance.
The choice to use Swift Shift Van Lines for the move was the right one! Both the staff and the costs were affordable. What a pleasure it was to work with them! There was no delay in the arrival of anything in MD, and they all worked like clockwork.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
My experience with these guys was exactly what I needed. They showed up early and immediately got to work disassembling a complicated home gym setup I owned. They handled all the tools and hardware like professionals. I really appreciated that they confirmed the drop-off location and inventory list multiple times. All the things were accounted for and undamaged upon arrival.
Solid 5 stars from my side because the whole thing was easier than I had built it up in my head. I had about 40 small items scattered around, and I thought it would turn into a mess, but they sorted everything out without asking too many questions. They kept things moving at a steady pace, and nothing felt rushed or careless. By the end, I was just glad it all worked out so smoothly.
