My upright freezer was the hardest part of my state-to-suburbs move. The movers wrapped it in plastic to keep fingerprints off the surface and strapped it tightly in the truck. After setting it up in the utility room, I plugged it in, and it hummed like normal. It looked the same as before the move, spotless.
I had to move into a third-floor walk-up with no elevator. I apologized a few times, but the crew just laughed and said it was fine. They kept working without complaining once. they handled everything very well.
I'm feeling uneasy about moving into a new house after living in the same house for years, but the crew made it seem easy. They had to pack our furniture carefully, handle any fragile boxes and remain organized throughout the day. It was a much easier process than I could have ever imagined. This is a first-rate moving company. We used their packing and relocation assistance to move from SD to NY. The team arrived, provided a quotation for the job, and didn't force me to get extra services. To pack everything, they came the day before the relocation. They went above and beyond to box some more fragile goods securely. Also, they scheduled an extra vehicle for the next day after realizing they would need one for the relocation on the day of packing. Everything was packed and unpacked nicely on the move's day and organized smoothly. They also made sure we were comfortable before leaving. I would use them again and heartily suggest them.
For my move out of state, these guys were a huge help. I had a bit of a mess with my building's freight elevator being out of service, but they just rolled with it and got everything up the stairs without any complaints.
