My delicate Victorian chairs as well as my large sectional were all handled and transported very well. They were all very pleasant, so they became more than helpful—they were also enjoyable at the same time.
Kenneth was the group leader and brought all the tools he needed to lift big items, including my king-sized bed, elliptical machine, and pool table. Even with minor items like lamps and nightstands, they ensured everything would fit snugly into the moving truck.
What made this move easier was how well the movers worked together. They handled my family’s belongings from start to end with complete attention. They checked a few details with me before loading and managed the entire trip smoothly. The unloading at the new home went just as well.
My upright freezer was the hardest part of my state-to-suburbs move. The movers wrapped it in plastic to keep fingerprints off the surface and strapped it tightly in the truck. After setting it up in the utility room, I plugged it in, and it hummed like normal. It looked the same as before the move, spotless.
We needed several large rugs and a loom. The team rolled and secured properly to avoid creases. The loom was reassembled and ready to use.
We also relocated from state to state, and had to arrange delivery times. The movers arrived on time, and everything was transported safely. We recommend them!
Andrew and his team were incredible! They moved all of our belongings from our three-bedroom apartment to DE and worked tirelessly until 9 pm to ensure everything was taken care of. They packed everything neatly and securely, and labeled everything clearly. They also unloaded everything carefully and placed everything where we wanted them. Even though John and James were exhausted, they remained positive and had a great attitude. They were very friendly and cheerful, and they made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
Our representative walked us through the entire process, and there were no surprises He made sure, we did an accurate inventory and they were responsive and available for us at all times.
Compared to a long-distance move, our cross-town move was complicated due to narrow streets, tight building schedules, and a barely functional elevator. The movers handled everything effortlessly, getting us moved in record time while remaining calm and efficient. We're happy to trust them!
