I had to move into a third-floor walk-up with no elevator. I apologized a few times, but the crew just laughed and said it was fine. They kept working without complaining once. they handled everything very well.

I got in touch with Jack and his company about two weeks ahead of time for a neighborhood move. He sent out great workers who showed up on time and got to work packing. Even though there were a lot of stacked boxes and big parts, they moved all easily.
They managed to load the entire house into the truck quicker than I thought possible. No yelling, no rushing, just steady work. All the stuff was tied down and secured before they pulled off. They knew what they were doing.

Right after signing the contract we were funneled off to subcontractors. One in New York and another for delivery in North Carolina. The subcontractors who did the pick up swindled my son out of an additional $363.75 saying more than our 300 cubic feet was used because they couldn't stack boxes on top of furniture. However, when the moving truck arrived in North Carolina, all of the boxes were stacked on furniture in the back of the truck. Second, we paid for packing and unpacking but the guy who delivered was by himself and said he didn't have time to unpack anything. Therefore, we are owed 1/2 of the $300 packing fee.
We had several bulky items that seemed difficult to move, but the team handled them confidently. Their coordination and attention to safety really stood out.
I was so worried about moving my big house with all my stuff. They sent 5 strong movers who were really nice. They wrapped everything carefully. My piano was huge, but they moved it without a scratch. Everything arrived on time, and nothing was broken. I’m so happy!
