I noticed scratches on a dresser after the move. While accidents can happen, I was disappointed by how the company handled my complaint. I never received a proper resolution.
At the last minute, I didn't have enough boxes to hold all my trinkets. Fortunately, the group had a supply of extra packing materials and cartons. They immediately jumped in to help me pack those odds and ends. I stayed within my budget, and the relocation was completed on schedule.
The crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. They handled everything with care and made sure all of my belongings arrived safely. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
Henry and his colleague produced fantastic job. They were quite professional in how they handled both us and our possessions. They did an excellent job; thus I have no problem promoting them and their business.
We were relocating after selling our home and had a limited window before the buyers took possession. Swift Shift Van Lines movers packed and loaded everything within hours, cleaned up after themselves, and cleared the space before the deadline. It was all seamless from start to finish!
Joseph was behind the wheel. My apologies, I neglected to find out the identities of the other two members in his team. Positive demeanor and no issues to report. They moved all of my things without damaging any of them and gave me all the papers I needed. They deserve 5 stars because their prices are so low.
They were the most incredible people ever. They treated the clients' possessions with great care and diligence. No matter how much the transfer cost, these two made you feel as though it was well worthwhile.
The customer service was good. I had a lot of questions because I had never hired movers before, and the person on the phone was patient with me. On moving day the crew showed up and handled my one bedroom apartment in about 3 hours. When they left, I sat on my floor surrounded by boxes, and I felt like I had made a smart decision for myself.
My experience with this company was way better than I expected. The team that arrived to help me move began loading all my things. I appreciated the way they listened to my directions for the bedroom setup. All of my belongings are now inside my new apartment, and nothing was damaged. I would book the same service again if needed.
