Swift Shift Van Lines facilitated my recent move, and I am grateful. They maintain a high level of professionalism and are a delight to collaborate with. He worked with Carl to get my house packed and moved in under two weeks.
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
Punctuality is important to me, and the movers arrived exactly at 10:50 AM, as promised. They greeted me with a smile and quickly walked through the house to understand what needed to be done. I appreciated how they asked small questions like where to park the truck and which boxes were high-priority. They were polite throughout and cracked a few jokes to lighten the mood. The entire move felt friendly and stress-free.

They packed the fragile items from the shelves in separate boxes and loaded them in order. At the new shop, they set everything just the way we wanted. The move stayed calm and well-managed from the beginning.
The workers finished early and arrived on time. They moved my fridge, washer, and dryer without damaging the floors or walls.
When it rained quite hard, the movers went to work to make sure our hardwood floors were taken care of! They installed protective runners in the hallways and put shoe covers on to prevent mud from being tracked in the hallways.
