A solid 5-star experience with Adam’s crew. They arrived promptly at 11 am (half an hour after booking on the same day) and quickly got to work. They packed my sofas and floor-length mirrors thoroughly in few hours and delivered them unscratched to me in SD. I am thoroughly impressed with the fast service and absolutely recommend them!

They helped me move my heavy office chair, which was very hard to maneuver. They also moved my desk, computer, printer, and files without any issues. They were very careful with my documents and data. They packed them in folders and boxes, and they secured them with locks and passwords.
Communication throughout the move was one of the biggest issues. I was not kept informed when the schedule changed and had to make several calls for updates. This created unnecessary stress. I think the customer service could be improved significantly.
