I had to move into a third-floor walk-up with no elevator. I apologized a few times, but the crew just laughed and said it was fine. They kept working without complaining once. they handled everything very well.
The movers arrived and packed everything for me the day before the move. They were friendly, efficient, and quick. On moving day, they promptly began working. Despite the difficulty in finding parking, they managed to get everything into my new apartment. I would recommend this company to everyone, as they made the entire moving process very easy.
I’ve moved several times before, but this was the first time I felt completely stress-free. The crew from this company was at the top of their game the whole way through. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and even helped arrange the furniture in my new Office after delivery (without any extra charges). Their professionalism was unrivalled and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

When I returned to the new place, all 18 boxes and furniture pieces were exactly where I requested.
The team arrived at my old address in the morning, and they were ready to work immediately. I had a lot of small boxes and bags that needed to be moved into my new condo out of the city. I am satisfied with the result, and nothing was damaged during the entire move today.

We really appreciated the help from Edward when we had to change our destination at the very last second. The crew didn't skip a beat and redirected the truck to the new address immediately. They were very careful with the wooden floors and made sure not to leave any scuff marks while carrying the heavy boxes. It was a very smooth move, and the guys were friendly throughout the entire afternoon. I am very satisfied.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
I have no qualms about recommending Carl and his team because of the great attention and work they put into assisting me to move from TX to NY. Even though it can seem easy, packing and relocating a whole house is a big task. When I called this company and got affordable costs, I was overjoyed.
Swift Shift Van Lines was suggested to me, and they delivered as promised. The service I received from Michael from the first call through the estimate and moving day was outstanding. The week before, he made sure I was doing okay, which was reassuring. And on that potentially tense day, he and another person kept things lighthearted and even comical. They were cheerful, and the rain was of no concern to them. Much appreciation, everyone!
