I noticed scratches on a dresser after the move. While accidents can happen, I was disappointed by how the company handled my complaint. I never received a proper resolution.
I used them for the move of my parents, and they were very respectful. They seemed to take their time with the heavier items and listened when my parents asked where we should put furniture. The movers' hard work and patience were really appreciated.
Outstanding experience with Swift Shift Van Lines all the way through. The frosting on the cake is that the staff provides a locked price quote prior to the move in an effort to prevent any hidden charges at its conclusion! They’re my go-to moving company!
This was a weekend move for my wardrobe only. Clothing racks, shoe boxes, mirrors, and a vanity. The movers brought hanging boxes. Dresses stayed on hangers. Shoes stayed paired. Mirrors were padded fully. The vanity fit through the door without removing legs. I was impressed by that.
These guys handled it all like experts. They even disassembled and reassembled my mattress without breaking a sweat. My mattress is a monster. I wouldn’t even be able to do that stuff myself if I tried. They were very efficient and quick, and completed the task in no time. I was satisfied with their work.
My husband and I had a stress-free move into our condo in NY. The crew was efficient and handled packing and delivery incredibly well. They also offered to help us with organizing our new place after delivery. We strongly recommend them!
It was very easy to move across the country because of Swift Shift Van Lines! From the first meeting, when they planned our transfer, to the arrival of our belongings. The team was considerate, on time, and cautious with our furnishings. No object broke because of their extreme caution, and they advised me on furnishing our new home!

They moved all the stuff without any problem. Somehow, they made it work. Nothing was damaged, and nothing was mysteriously missing, as it had happened before. At the end, we were tired but happy. It turned out to be a really good decision to hire them.
